Labor, employment, litigation, counseling.  Suitable candidate will have experience litigating and proactively counseling employers pertaining to federal and state labor and employment law regarding a broad range of employment & labor related matters.  Suitable candidate will compliment a growing practice of a national firm that practices in virtually all areas of employment and labor related law.  All relevant experience will be valued (e.g., employment litigation, labor relations, immigration law, ERISA, development of employee benefit plans, executive compensation, etc.).  Ideal candidate will have advised clients within multiple industries and will have dealt with both union and non-union entities.  Flexibility to further develop your client base without unreasonable restraints and/or expectations.  Strongly preferring candidates with a minimum of $1.5 in portable business.
