ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, counseling and litigation.  Desiring depth and breadth of experience counseling public and private sector clients regarding ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters.  Requires experience designing & implementing a broad range of employee plans (e.g., employee retirement, welfare, and executive compensation) and experience representing plan sponsors, administrators, or trustees.  Ideal candidate will have substantial experience negotiating, arbitrating, and litigating ERISA matters.

Substantial international experience is a plus. Preferring candidates with a minimum of $1 million in portable business. Partners with smaller BOB may be considered, depending on the business plan and demonstrated ability to develop business.
