Lateral partner or counsel, depending on portables.  Currently seeking candidates with a minimum of $1 million book of business to integrate into an existing tax practice.  Ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a broad range of tax practice areas (e.g.,complex international transactions, public finance, partnerships, trusts and estate planning, complex Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Disputes, etc.).  Additional relevant credentials, such as an LL.M, and/or prior experience with the IRS or the Tax Division of the Department of Justice would be a plus.
