Law firm associate, attorney.  Labor & employment litigation associate.  Litigation and proactive employer counseling pertaining to federal and state labor and employment law.  Experience with employment & labor defense litigation is required.  Mid-size to large firm litigation experience is preferred.  Opportunity to work on a broad range of employment & labor related matters.  Specific litigation experience pertaining to ERISA and/or insurance (i.e., life, health, disability) is a plus.  Strong academic credentials required (top 30 schools and excellent grades).
