International law firm.  Complex commercial bankruptcy, reorganization.  Extensive corporate restructuring and formal bankruptcy proceedings experience is required.  Experience dealing with international corporations and multi-jurisdictional restructurings is necessary.  Preferring experience from within a mid-size to large international law firm.  Relevant clerkship and/or LLM would be a plus.  Strong academic credentials required (top 30 law schools and excellent grades).
