National law firm.  ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation.  Counsel public and private sector clients regarding ERISA matters.  Requires experience designing & implementing a broad range of employee plans (e.g., employee retirement, welfare, and executive compensation).  Opportunity for extensive client interaction and responsibility, thus demonstrated client development abilities are a strongly preferred.  More senior associates with portables will also be considered.  Strong academic credentials required (top 30 law schools and excellent grades).
