Integrate into an existing international practice.  Suitable candidate will have depth and breadth of experience in multiple areas, such as international M&A, institutional finance, non-bankruptcy workouts, securities, public offerings, venture capitol, private equity, hedge funds, corporate governance.  Take advantage of a substantial platform from which to leverage your existing clients, while having the flexibility necessary to retain and further develop your client base (e.g., reasonable PPP and billing rate expectations, etc.).  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of $1.5 million in portable business.  Partners with smaller BOB may be considered, depending on the business plan and demonstrated ability to develop business.
