Law firm associate, attorney.  Corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions.  Minimum 3 years public and private equity M&A experience required.  Depth, quality, and complexity of transactions experience is more important than breadth; looking for a long-term “talent” fit a for an established corporate securities practice.  Substantial experience with international transactions is a plus.  Fluency in a second language (e.g., German, French) would be a unique plus but  is not expected or required.  Responsibility will be commensurate with demonstrated ability to actively manage and execute the deal process.  More senior candidates with portables will also be considered. 

Strong academic credentials, NY Bar, and stable employment history are required (top 30 schools and excellent grades).  No Exceptions.
