Law firm lateral partner or counsel, depending on portables.  Interested in attorneys with a minimum of $750K book of business to integrate into an existing tax practice.  Ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a broad range of tax practice areas (e.g.,complex international transactions, public finance, partnerships, trusts and estate planning, complex Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Disputes, etc.).  Prior experience with the IRS is a plus.
