Health Care business transactions, complex federal and state regulatory issues, and health insurance matters for health care clients.  Extensive and diverse experience providing health care industry counseling to C-Level executives and Boards of Directors for hospitals, physician groups, nursing homes, managed care organizations, etc. Capability to support a practice that provides counsel across a spectrum ranging from staff relations & credentialing to Medicare & Medicaid fraud and payment issues.  Background in M&A, joint ventures, corporate formation and reorganization of health care organizations, and/or capitol financing will be valued.  Strongly preferring a minimum of $1.25 million book of business.
